Orders are subject to verification, availability, credit approval where applicable, and acceptance by ASM Technologies (PTY) LTD and/or the underlying network provider.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices may change without notice before acceptance of an order. Monthly services are billed in accordance with your service agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information including identification and proof of address where required, use services lawfully, and protect supplied equipment.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or network-disruptive activities.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are governed by your signed service agreement and applicable South African consumer legislation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASM Technologies (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or third-party network failures.
